Tennis duo ties for 7th in state

Kevin Henschel and Ryan Garside snagged an impressive finish at the state championship meet.

"They played GREAT!" said coach John Shannon of the pair's success at state competition May 26.

The Griffins lost a close match to Parkway North and won two matches over North Kansas City and Eureka to make it to the semi-finals of the consolation bracket.
