Camp Griffin welcomes newest freshmen

Members of the incoming freshman class are trying out Vianney life this week as they participate in a variety of activities at Camp Griffin.

Campers are sampling new sports like lacrosse, as well as getting to know each other and faculty and staff. By the end of the week -- and well before the start of school -- they'll know their way around and feel comfortable at Vianney!

Below, Joseph Thaier gets ready to snag a throw. The freshmen tossed around tennis balls instead of lacrosse balls, so regular safety equipment wasn't needed.
