Liturgy

As a Marianist family, we at Vianney take the opportunity to pray together often. Once a month, we have an all-school liturgy. These are dress-up days for students, and Griffins take an active role in these celebrations, serving as lectors, servers, sacristans, Eucharistic ministers, musicians, liturgy planners, gift bearers, greeters and ushers.

Other opportunities for prayer and faith sharing

• Every Tuesday morning at 7:10 a.m., we celebrate Mass in our school chapel.
• Every Friday during the day, our school chapel is open for Eucharistic Adoration.
• Every encore period, we offer a Communion service in the Marianist Lobby
• Classes or teams are encouraged to have Masses by making arrangements with Fr. Tim.
• Special services, such as the Passion Mime pictured, provide new ways of experiencing prayer.
• Reconciliation is offered on select retreats and during Advent and Lent.
• Faith sharing is part of our LIFE group meetings most Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.
• Prayer intentions may be placed in the prayer box outside of chapel. These intentions will be prayed for each week.
• Pastoral counseling is always available. Please see Fr. Tim or leave a note under his door

The Campus Ministry Office

The Campus Ministry office is more than just an office, it also serves as a meeting place for Campus Ministry activities, as well as a place for guys to just hang out. The Campus Ministry office is located across the hall from the Leadership and Learning Canter in the 200 hallway. Griffins are always welcome to come in and make themselves at home. The door is open between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. on school days.

Mission Drives

To put our faith into action, Vianney conducts blood drives twice each year, and food and clothing drives at least once a year. Students manage these drives, enlisting the help of their peers to make the events successful.
