Any swimmers and divers, or those interested in Swimming or diving, who would like to participate in off-season weight training and conditioning should see Coach Alexander in Room 107 today.

ALL: Tuesdays, Tuesdays, Tuesdays. Griffin LIFE is moving to Tuesdays this semester. Our first Griffin LIFE meeting will be a planning meeting for leaders only and will take place this coming Tuesday, January 8 from 5:30-7:30.

Bocce guys: a new bocce season begins Thursday, January 10th. Please let Mr. Kheriaty know if you will be participating in the new season.

Ping Pong Club will resume on Tuesday. Our schedule this semester will remain the same: Tuesdays and Fridays after school in the 200 hallway. All are welcome.

The first Lettermen's Club meeting of the new year is today during Encore in the field house. Please make every effort to attend. Those who have not yet joined are welcome to come and become a member.

This week is our first round of class meetings for the semester. The schedule is altered just a little. The schedule will go as follows: Tuesday-Seniors, Thursday-Juniors and Friday-Sophomores & Freshmen.

The Robotics Club will be meeting in room 207 after school today (and possibly Tuesday as well) to put the finishing touches on our robot. The focus for the meeting is to brainstorm ideas for developing the retractable robotic arm and to give an update on the upcoming January 20th qualification tournament at Flo Valley.

On Friday the basketball program hosts SLUH in a tripleheader and this evening will be the annual Paint It Pink Game to raise money and awareness for the American Cancer Society. "Real Griffins Wear Pink" t-shirts are on sale now in the Griffin Gear store. Make plans to buy yours for $10. These sell out FAST! All proceeds go to the Hope Lodge. Also, make plans to wear pink and support the the Griffins on Friday night!

Congratulations to the following Athletic Ambassadors for being acknowledged in 2012 by the State of Missouri Football and Basketball Officials on five different events for their services during athletic events. Alex Sorrentino, Joe Lamartino, Jacob Hubbard, Dominic Bolt, Kevin Hoeing, Kevin Tiemann, Al Bialczak, Jeff Boelter, Dominic Biffignani, Ben Rischbieter and Tommy Bakersmith. Your work for our school community has been outstanding.

All scramblers please report to room 303 during encore today.

Off season, after school, baseball workouts will resume on Wednesday. Report to Maryhurst by 3:10.
Baseball morning lifting will resume Tuesday morning at 6:15 am. You can get there as early as 6:00 am.

Congrats to Luke Tackes and Jake Harris who were among the top bowlers yesterday. Luke bowled a 223 and Jake scored a 222, and all those frames were strikes and spares!

ALL LACROSSE PLAYERS WHO ORDERED TEAM GLOVES: There will be a brief meeting about glove delivery/pick up after school on TUESDAY January 8th in Room 204. Any questions, see Coach Stein.

Mock Trial will meet after school on Tuesday in room 106......everyone MUST be there.

Anyone interested in playing tennis this spring MUST attend a short meeting after school on Wed in room 106.
