Vianney Daily Bulletin

January 16, 2018

Don’t forget that there will be an informational meeting for anyone interested in inline hockey this spring at Vianney in Room 402 after school today.

If you’re interested in playing volleyball this spring, come to open gym on January 25th from 6:30 - 8 pm to play and meet the coaches. See Coach Hoge if you have any questions.

This morning’s Mass is a Mass we do every year to honor the founder of the Marianist family, Fr. Chaminade. Due to the number of colds that we have had in the student body, Fr. Tim has suggested that we not have communion under both species so the cup will not be offered. Therefore we will not need as many Eucharistic ministers at mass today. The following are scheduled and should see Fr. Tim for your location in distributing the Body of Christ:

A.J. Klutho; Eric Mastis; Matt Anderson; Jack Borisenko; Jimmy Lahrman; Luke Brooks; and Tony Dorhauer

The Vianney Investment Club will meet today after school to restart the game and analyze investment options. See Andrew Chapman or Derek Book for details

CJ Paul’s 29 points and Colin Braun’s 20 points were not enough to bring home the Lindbergh Tourney championship as the Griffin basketball team fell to Confluence Prep 68-59 on Saturday.  Congratulations to CJ and Colin on earning all tournament team.  The Griffins are at home tonight at 7pm vs. O’Fallon Township High School.

Happy birthday to freshman Cody Rogers.  We hope that you have a great day on your special day.  Those are your announcements.  Make it a great day to be a Griffin
