It has been over a month since the Griffin basketball team has had a home game!  Come out tonight to see Vianney tangle with the Wildcats of Eureka.  Game time is 7 p.m.

Tickets for the Vianney-Chaminade Varsity Basketball Game will go on sale at Vianney starting Tuesday, January 19 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Each person can purchase up to 6 tickets. The price is $5.00. All tickets for this game will be pre-sold.

 The Advancement Office is looking for students who can help with set up and clean up for the Trivia Night on January 23rd from 5:30pm-11pm. See Mr. Traina in his office or email him at dtraina@vianney.com. Thank you!

Griffin LIFE will be kicking off it’s 2nd semester activity with an event today after school in 104. Come by for some Raising Cane’s Chicken Strips, The Gospel according to Luke, socializing, and some praise and worship music.  Bank of America sponsors the Student Leaders summer internship program at a local non-profit .  organization.  Get paid while learning leadership and career skills.  Attending the week-long Student Leaders Summit in Washington, D.C. is part of this program.  Applications will be accepted thru January 29.  Visit:  bankofamerica.com/studentleaders for more information or see the flyer on the Guidance bulletin board.

 Is Medicine a potential career choice for you?  The Saint Louis University School of Medicine sponsors the Summers Scholars program from June 6-June 24 from 9 am to 12 pm.  Meet with health professionals, participate in a cadaver demonstration, and have several hours of ACT preparation in addition to other activities.  See your counselor in the Leadership Center or the flyer on the Guidance bulletin board for more information.
