Today is the last day to sign up for the Lenten blood drive. Tomorrow morning you will receive a blood pass with your appointment time on it. A draft of these appointments is posted on the campus ministry bulletin boards. For any questions, please see Fr. Tim or one of the Blood Apostles. This is Fr. Tim’s 21st Blood Drive and so Mercy Hospital will have cake for everyone tomorrow who gives blood.

Thanks to everyone for continuing to support SPRING SPIRIT WEEK with Workout Wednesday. Today during lunch STUCO will be serving White Castle Burgers for $2.

Vianney Lacrosse is back in action this week after a 2-1 road trip over spring break in KC.   Varsity is 3-1 heading into TONIGHT’S home game against Francis Howell. Come out and cheer on your fellow Griffins with  JV starting at 5:30 and Varsity at 7:30. JV Black opening up against CBC on Thursday at 5:30. Sat March 24th road games against Priory with noon and 2pm games for both Varsity and JV.

THIS SATURDAY from 3-5pm STUCO will be sponsoring a 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament to support Special Olympics. Cost is $15 per team of 3. Sign up with Mr. Lewis in room 310

The Vianney Investment Club will be meeting Thursday after school in room 310. All should attend to share portfolios and discuss actions that need to be taken with the Vianney portfolio.

Sophomore Baseball lost to Edwardsville 6-5.  Mitch Green led the offense with two hits and Nathan Beaton pitched 5 innings allowing only two runs.

The varsity baseball team defeated Mehlville last evening 6-0 to finish first in their pool in the Lindbergh/Mehlville baseball tournament.  The Griffins will play on Thursday in semifinal action against the winner of the Oakville/Valley Park game that is being played today. The site of Thursday’s game has yet to be determined.
