Attention Juniors - Those students attending tomorrow’s Junior Retreat must attend a brief mandatory meeting in the chapel at the start of Encore.

All Juniors intending on playing football next season will meet with Coach Masters in the weight room TODAY during Encore

All Freshman & Sophomores intending on playing football next season will meet in the weight room during Encore on Tuesday, March 26 with Coach Masters.

Attention all Blood Apostles - There will be a brief mandatory meeting in the chapel lobby at the end of Encore today.

Attention sophomores and juniors:  The last ACT prep course of this school year will start on April 8.  If you are taking the ACT in June or July and want some help preparing for it, this is the course you should take.  See Mr. Meyer in the counseling office for more information, or email Mrs. Kheriaty directly.

There will be a meeting for all spring Athletic Apostles this Wednesday, March 27 at 8:15 in room 501.

Did the incorruptible heart of St. John Vianney spark your interest? Want to learn about other miracles of the past and present? Griffin LIFE meets this Thursday evening. The topic is “miracles”.

The Varsity Lacrosse team had a successful trip to Lexington KY over the first weekend of Spring Break. The Griffins went 3-0 defeating Dunbar High School 17-2, Woodford County 15-2 and Lafayette 20-0. Junior Nick Weppner got his first career shutout against Lafayette.

The Griffins travel to DeSmet on Wednesday and are back at The Heeb on Thursday against Lindbergh.

The JV and Varsity Lacrosse teams are reminded to meet in the Marianist Lobby for Communion today at Encore.

You can play chess at encore today in room 209.  Over the break the Chess Team competed in the National Championship Tournament in Chicago.  The team placed second in a field of 74 teams from 31 states. Logan Kammerer led the team winning 6 of 7 games.  Dominic Caputa, Eric Ohlendorf, Brandon Stanfield and Kile Galati scored for the Griffins.
