Tuesday APRIL 17th

There is a senior class meeting today during Encore today in the Fieldhouse.  ALL seniors must attend and you need to bring a pen or pencil because you will be voting on various senior awards and honors today that will be bestowed on your classmates at Graduation.

There will be a Junior Class Meeting on Thursday April 19th.  After the meeting, Mr. Sargent needs all JUNIOR NHS members to stay behind to discuss Presidential Elections.

Attention Juniors. Wednesday is the last day to sign up for Junior Ring dance. You must sign up online by 3pm

Seniors Prom is quickly approaching. Please complete the online form to reserve your spot.

Attention all students. STUCO elections are being held next week. If you want to pick up an application please see Mr. Lewis today during encore. All applications are due by Friday

There will be a Spring Athletic Apostles meeting on Wednesday, April 18 at 8:15 a.m. in room PE5. All Spring Apostles should plan on attending.

The freshman gold baseball team out scored the Gibault Hawks 8-4 last night. Hunter Beck topped off his birthday with 5 strike outs and a triple. He was not the only one who came out swinging, Charlie Berra, Timmy Galczynski, and Quin Bader all had triples as well.

The sophomore baseball team beat Alton 6-2.  Cole Petrus pitched 5 innings allowing one run and striking out 7.  John Allen struck out the side in his inning of relief. Andrew Buescher and Mitch Green led the offense with two RBI apiece.

The freshman golf team defeated Chaminade by one stroke yesterday. Ryker Stiegman and Jacob Brewer shot 48 for the Griffins.

Griffin Theatre will present Mel Brook’s YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN this Thursday thru Saturday evenings at 7:30 PM and on Sunday at 2 PM. Tickets are available at the door or on the Vianney website. Make your plans now to attend this hilarious spoof of the classic Mel Brook’s film.

The Varsity golf team paced by Alex Heib’s 85 and Clay Koop’s 86 finished  6th in the 24 team Webster Cup yesterday! next up CBC@ Normandie GC!

The Griffin Track team travels once again to Webster Groves for their invitational.  Competition begins at 4:00. Athletes are reminded that we will car pool from the senior lot at 3:00 pm.

A big congratulations to the VIANNEY TENNIS team for winning their Home-Opener yesterday against McCluer North 8-1.
