Attention ALL students: The Leadership Center will be closed all day on Wednesday and Thursday for finals. The printer will be unplugged, so students and staff need to make plans accordingly.

Attention sophomores and juniors:  If you were hoping to take the ACT prep course before the June ACT and heard that it was full, you still may be able to take it.  Mrs. Kheriaty has now added another course. Please see Mr. Meyer in the counseling office for more information, or email Mrs. Kheriaty for the schedule.  If you already were registered to take the June ACT prep course, please check your email for a few date changes.

Attention sophomores and juniors:  The schedule for all of the ACT prep courses offered next year is now available.  You can sign up for any course at any time. See Mr. Meyer in the counseling office for more information.

TONIGHT the volleyball program hosts Parkway Central. Freshman at 4, JV at 5, and varsity at 6 pm. Come support your volleyball teams!

Attention all juniors interested in playing soccer next fall:  There will be a very brief meeting after school immediately after school today in Room 201.  Please be prompt. Sophomore & Freshman soccer players, your meeting will be at a later date in May.   Workouts for you will continue this week on Tuesday & Thursday after school in the weight room.

Tonight is SENIOR NIGHT for the TENNIS TEAM as they take on Duchesne at Watson Trails at 4pm.  A big shout-out to Tom Beckmann, Bryce Castelberg, Michael Nickel, Danny Song, and Patrick Trani for their involvement and dedication.

Today during encore the Freshman and Sophomore classes will be conducting STUCO speeches. At the start of Encore freshman please report to the Activity Center & sophomores report to the Field House to hear speeches. Candidates are reminded to be in dress attire.

Attention any Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior interested in competing on the cross country team next year: there is a brief but very important informational meeting TODAY during Encore in Room 304.

Attention all students who are looking for service hours and being of service. This coming Saturday morning we will deliver food to the poor and we need your help from 8:am until noon time. Please sign up with Fr. Tim

Congratulations to all of the Freshmen track team who competed so well in yesterday’s 48th Annual Freshman Invitational.  It was a great day of competition. A Huge thank you goes out to all of the volunteers, including the upperclassmen on the team, Mrs. Picha, Dr. Scanlon and Ms. Burnworth, and Mr. Cochran who helped make the day run smoothly.  Today begins the MCC with the pole vault at SLUH beginning at 4 and the meet continues tomorrow at CBC.

Yesterday afternoon at 4:30, a star barn was born when Brady Zavadil took the mound for the Freshman Gold Baseball Team @ McClure. He pitched the complete game shutout with 10 strike outs and only allowed 2 hits. The team beat the Comets 19-0, with big hits from Carter Merry, Quin Bader, and Blake Kern. The team finished the season with a record of 8-4-1.

JUNIORS:  Please check your Vianney email regularly for important information about SSP.  If you are not signed up for text messages from Mrs. Mitchell & Mr. Remiger about important SSP announcements, please sign up.  Please make sure that you have everything lined up for SSP to begin smoothly on Monday - make that last call to your agency to double check.

Jazz Band will meet during encore today

The Varsity golf team led by Josh Kleinheider’s 75, Alex Heib’s 78, and Clay Kopp’s 79 placed second at the District Golf Tournament with a score of 319. The entire team advances to sectionals and will play next Monday at Poplar Bluff! Great job guys! Coach O

Almost 3 years ago the class of 2018 lost a brother in Adrian Bumbac. At that time you buried a time capsule. On Wednesday we will uncover the capsule and share in a brief remembrance. All are welcome. See Mr. Lewis for questions.
