Anyone who might be interested in becoming an Athletic Ambassador should see Mr. Cochran in the Athletic Office.

A reminder that parking on campus requires a parking pass and these must be purchased by Friday of this week if you are currently driving.  Those students who will begin driving sometime during the year can purchase one at that time.

Senior Ambassadors are reminded to turn in your event sheet sometime today or first thing tomorrow to ensure that you get the events that you would like.  New junior ambassadors will get their sheet tomorrow following your class meeting.-

All last year golfers should meet in Room 306 Friday at Encore.

All Juniors and Seniors by now should have registered for your annual retreat on line. We are at a point of closing registration for two of the retreats due to numbers. Please sign up if you have not already done so.

There will be a meeting for all sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are interested in fall conditioning and training for basketball on Wednesday morning at 8:45 a.m. in the fieldhouse.  Questions?  See Coach K. Walsh in room PE5.   Freshman...your meeting will be scheduled later in the week.

Attention all Student Foundation members: There will be a brief meeting in Mr. Traina’s office after school tomorrow, Thursday, August 24th.

The swim team defeated Oakville 103-70 in its first meet yesterday. Individual winners included Logan Schafer, Dylan Win, Sam Biffingnani, and Paul Hoffman in two events. Congrats to all of the members of the swim team.

In a JV soccer match yesterday, the Griffins defeated SLUH 3-0 on two goals from Tommy Geders and another goal by Jordon Celeslie. The shutout was recorded by Connor Wobbe & Kyle Diffley.

The Freshmen GOLD Soccer Team kicked off their season yesterday with a 0-0 tie against John Burroughs.  The shutout was recorded by goalies, Fernando Baez and Hunter Beck.  The Griffins fight for their first “W” tomorrow at Ladue with kick-off at 5:45p.  Please come and support your Griffins!

Vianney Griffins. This Saturday STUCO is holding our BACK TO SCHOOL mixer! The mixer is open to ALL STUDENTS and your friends. You can purchase tickets for $7 this week from a STUCO member or $10 at the door. Theme is Blacklight!

Art Club meets every B, C, D encore period and after school on all regular days. Everyone is welcome! Just come when you can. Activity points are awarded.
