Tomorrow is Picture Day for Sophomores & Juniors—wear a shirt and tie for your pictures and remember to bring your order envelopes from home for the photographer.  Any freshman who has not had his picture taken should also do so tomorrow (and please wear a tie!)  Faculty and staff members should also have pictures taken tomorrow.

 

Attention anyone interested in Traveling to Europe in June 2014: there will be an informational meeting  repeated next Tuesday morning at 7:30. Please see Mrs. Fullenkamp if you have questions.

 

Mr. Brown is selling parking passes in the Main Office.  You MUST fill out an on-line form in order to get one.  Cost is $50.00

 

Any athlete still looking to compete in a fall sport who may not have made his first choice can come out for cross country.  See Coach Mohr or Coach Bishop today.

Please use only the locker that was assigned to you on your schedule.  If you have problems with your locker, please see Mr. Brown in the Main Office.

 

All service hour forms must be turned into Mr. Remiger. If you have any questions about service hours please see him in the Campus Ministry office.

 

A couple of reminders in regards to parking on campus:

First, in order to park on campus you must have a parking tag hanging from the rearview mirror of your car.  You can purchase them from Mr. Brown in the main office, after filing out a form on-line

 Second, parking is NOT permitted on the cemetery side of old Brownhurst drive
Third, you may not park on the corner of drives around campus

 Finally, you MAY NOT park in the back lot of the businesses next door to Vianney.

 

Any student who is interested in becoming an Athletic Ambassador should come to a meeting on Tuesday at 7:30 am  in the fieldhouse.  Becoming an athletic ambassador will allow you to use your talents helping visiting teams and officials during our athletic events. You will be associated with a great group of guys that represent our school community so well. If you have any questions, please see Coach Cochran.

 

Any basketball player who finished the 10,000 shot club needs to meet in room 303 on Monday after school with their booklet.

 

Any soph, junior, senior interested in fall conditioning for basketball (and not playing a fall sport) should attend a meeting on Tuesday after school in Room 303.  Freshmen,  we will have a meeting for you at a later date.

 

The freshman football team is looking for some students who are looking to still get involved and earn some activity points this fall. If you are interested in being a team manager please see Coach Burke or Coach Thomas as soon as possible.

 

The Scramblers will meet in Room 106 for our first meeting during Encore today.  Please see Mr. Rhame or Ms. White if you have any questions.

 

Encore Communion Services:  This week, beginning today we start our Communion Services in the Marianist Lobby. Come join us for a short service and an opportunity to receive the Eucharist. Please be reverent while passing the Marianist lobby when the communion service is taking place. Thank you for your respect.

 

All swimmers should be in Room 107 no later than 3:30 today.

 

CHESS INTRAMURALS PRACTICE AND COMPETITION BEGIN NEXT WEEK.

REGISTRATION BEGINS TODAY.  THOSE STUDETNS WHO WANT TO REGISTER FOR CHESS INTRAMURALS SHOULD SEE MR. PETERSEN IN ROOM 208 BEFORE CLASSES, AT ENCORE OR IMMEIDATELY AFTER CLASSES.

 

All spiritual leaders should meet in the coaches office at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28.
