Mr. Hilliard's family could have their kitchen re-modeled on national television, but in order to get this opportunity they need your votes. Go to the DIY Network website and search "Aqualung." There you can look at pictures of Mr. Hilliard's hideous kitchen. Then, click the "cast your vote," and vote for "Aqualung." You can vote as many times as you like.

Are you interested in technology? Well then come on down to the Tech Room this Friday after school for the year’s first tech club meeting. We’ll be figuring out the schedule for the rest of the year and you can come and have a say in what we do. Last year we disassembled computers and laptops to learn about the inside of what we use everyday. Our first meeting is this Friday after school in the Tech Room.

There will be a meeting for all members of the National Honor Society in room 105 on Friday, September 13, during encore.  We will be discussing semester plans and holding elections for junior officers.  Anyone who cannot be there should see Mr. Redman in room 105 by Friday.

The list of those who are interested in going on the Close Up Trip to Washington, D.C. is growing.  If you missed the meeting but are still interested in going on this program, then come to room 102 to get more information.  We have until Oct. 12 to put a down payment on the trip so there is plenty of time before you have to make a final decision.. Mr. Travis
