The Vianney Pro-life Club will meet this morning at encore. We have a tons of opportunities coming up for prayer, education and action related to life issues.  Come by, have a donut, and join the pro life movement. This morning’s meeting is in room 109.

Attention Bocce Players: The hats have arrived! Please come to room 109 after school tomorrow for a brief meeting, and to receive your Bocce hat.

The Government & Politics Club will meet in room 500 during Encore today to discuss some upcoming events and Mr. Weber will be with us to discuss the Close-Up trip to Washington, DC for this year.  Members of the club and anyone interested in traveling to Washington are welcome.

The Vianney BBQ Club and Vianney Tailgating Club…..Where vegetarians eat for free.  Come by and learn more about these two great clubs.  We will meet Thursday morning during Encore in the Cafe.   

Coach Brown is asking everyone that is planning on trying out for baseball in the spring to please fill out the player questionnaire that is found on the baseball website.

There is a mandatory meeting for ALL NEW National Honor Society Members TODAY during Encore in room 302.  

Any students who are in progress or have completed their Eagle Scout, or if you are interested in continuing with Boy Scouts, are asked to meet on Monday the 19th after school in the Media Center. A representative from Boy Scouts will be here with some great opportunities for high school students!

Welcome to Day 2 of homecoming week! Also known as TROPICAL TUESDAY! Today after school Vianney STUCO is selling ice cream in the visitor parking lot! Tomorrow is our Theme day with “Wild Wild West Wednesday!” Free donuts will be handed out in the commons tomorrow morning

All students who are current members of the Student Foundation or students who are interested in becoming a member need to see Mr. Traina in his office before class at 8:30 am on Wednesday morning.

Attention seniors: If all of your grades are a C or higher you WILL be able to go out to lunch this Wednesday. Please ask your B period teacher if they will allow you to go out to lunch and ask them to add your name to the list.

Any Senior interested in being a part of Homecoming Court and possibly winning Homecoming King please see Mr. Lewis after school today.

The freshman football team ran their record to 3-1 with a 34-0 win over DuBourg. 5 different players scored for the Griffins: Jake McCauley, Isaac Hertweck, John Volmert, Hank Bollinger and Ryan Zerwig. The Griff are on the road this Thursday at Chaminade.

Teachers, we have a large day for college rep visits:  32 students signed up today for Missouri State at 8:40, 11 for Lindenwood at 10:40, and 18 for Mizzou at 2:10. Students, you had to have signed up previous to today to attend, please be in the Leadership Center at your scheduled time.

Today is the last day to turn in your Homecoming Form and Money. Please see Mr. Lewis today to turn in your information. YOU CAN NOT enter the dance without turning in your information

There are 4 people celebrating birthdays today.  We would like to wish a very happy birthday to Sophomore, Joe Beck; freshman, Carson Dawidowski, and sophomore twins -- Joe and Nick Mastis.  We hope that you all have a great day on your special day!

Gentlemen, we would like to remind you that this is your home away from home, and we ask that you treat it that way by being respectful and picking up after yourself in the hallways, Cafe, and parking lot. There has been a lot of trash left behind lately, and it is not a good reflection on the Vianney family.
