There will be a fall athletic apostles meeting this Wednesday, September 27 at 8:15 a.m. in room PE5. All fall apostles should plan on attending this meeting.
For the first time in 19 years, the varsity soccer team captured the title of the CYC Soccer tournament over the weekend by defeating Kirkwood in penalty kicks. Goal scorers were Ian Sehr, Kamou Harris, and Brendan Dolan. Noah Hartenstein got the shutout in goal. Congrats to the soccer team!!
All Students are invited to the first Griffin LIFE event of the year on Thursday at 6 pm in the Art Gallery. What’s Griffin LIFE? It is a way for you to grow stronger in faith, shoulder to shoulder with your fellow Griffins. Let Mr. Kheriaty, Ms. Burnworth, Ms. Olderman, or Mr. Buehrle know if you plan to come, so we know how much pizza to get.
There will be a meeting for all sophomore, juniors and seniors interested in trying out for baseball this spring in the fieldhouse this morning during Encore. Freshman, your meeting will be on Thursday. If you are not able to make the meeting please stop by and see Coach Brown.

Chess intramurals continue this week. Practices are scheduled for today, tuesday and wednesday in room 500, and round 2 competition for thursday with check in by 2:50. New players are welcome.
