The Politics Club will meet at Encore in room 500 today.  All are welcome.

CHESS INTRAMURALS CONTINUE THIS WEEK.  PRACTICES ARE SCHEDULED TODAY AND WEDNESDAY IN ROOM 500 AT 2:50, AND ROUND THREE COMPETITION IS SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY WITH CHECK IN AT 2:50 IN ROOM 500.

National Honor Society Members: There will be a mandatory training session Wednesday, October 4th at 7:45 am.  Please plan on attending.  This will be our FINAL chance to prep for the Academic Tournament of Champions.

The swim team competed at the Cape Rock invite this weekend. Sam Biffignani took 18th in the IM and 19th in the backstroke. Paul Hoffman took 21st in the 200 free and 26th in the 50 free. Logan Schafer took 26th in the fly and 28th in the IM. Finally, Andrew Chapman took 32nd in the 500. Congrats to all of the swimmers!

The Freshman Black Soccer Team won its last two games by defeating Oakville 5 - 1 on Saturday and Eureka 2 - 0 on Monday!

The freshman football team handled SLUH yesterday 34-0. Cannen Barcom scored three times and Jack Bollinger tacked on two more and the defense pitched a shutout. The freshmen's next game will be at CBC right before the big varsity showdown on Oct 13th.

Sam Moore joined the 17:00 minute club; Christopher Joseph and Hans Mohr ran to career best times leading the Griffins to an 8th place finish in the 24 team field at Saturday’s Camdenton Laker Invitational.  The JV team finished 6th, led by Luke Miller.  All JV runners had season best times.  This Saturday in Forest Park is the MCC Championships.

This morning during Encore Mass will be celebrated in chapel. Everyone is welcome to attend.

All Pro Life Club members, including anyone interested in going on the March for Life Pilgrimage to Washington, DC in January are asked to attend an information meeting tomorrow morning, Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. in room 109. Applications will begin tomorrow and go for one week.

Mr. C. Walsh has been liberated from his room so the Environmental Club will meet on Thursday during Encore in room 305.  This is our first meeting so come on down!

The Vianney Letterman’s Club will meet Friday during Encore in room 305.  We will have nominations for our officers for the year.
