Freshmen, you are reminded that you have your monthly class meeting in the field house today at the start of Encore.  Do not go anywhere else but straight to the fieldhouse.  

Do you ever feel too busy for God? Struggle to find time to pray? Tonight at Griffin LIFE, hear students lay out an ancient plan to turn your normal daily activities into prayer. 6pm. Art Gallery. 

Attention juniors and seniors:  If you’re taking the ACT in December and want help preparing for it, the next ACT prep course will start on October 24.  It’ll help you - the average score improvement is 4 points. See Mr. Meyer in the counseling office for more information, or email Mrs. Kheriaty directly.

Any freshmen or sophomores interested in earning 50 service hours through overseas service work, see Mr Becvar or Mr Buehrle sometime this week for more information.

Freshmen and Sophomore Bocce Players--a reminder that we will be making sandwiches Thursday during Encore.

You can play chess at encore today in room 209.

Today the swim team hosts CBC at Webster University at 4 pm! Good luck to the swimmers!

The JV football team lost a tough one to SLUH yesterday 21-0. Two trips inside the 5 yard line without a TD sealed their fate. Carter Hicks had a solid day at quarterback completing 14 passes and Matt Louis stood out for the Griffin D with some key tackles and a great interception. Up next, a home game vs CBC next Monday.

This is a reminder to all soccer players that we will be celebrating Mass in the Chapel during Encore. 

The Freshman Soccer Team gave up an early Goal to Collinsville yesterday but rebounded with 3 unanswered goals to Win 3-1 Marcos Mrjnavic scored twice and Brian Flannigan scored the third goal.

Would the following students please see Mr. Erickson in the Leadership Center immediately following announcements: Jacob Kellar, Ben Gansner, Brandon Hebrank, Anthony Lentz, and Louis Mrnjavac. 

Charlie Schueppert please stop by the Admissions Center to see Mrs. Sabatino. 

All of those interested in joining Scholar Bowl see Mr. Taylor today during encore in room 310.

All racquetball players who have signed up, and to anyone who still wishes to and is interested in playing racquetball this year, you must see Mr Buehrle immediately after school today to receive your information for the upcoming season. If you cannot stop by after school, see Mr Buehrle ASAP before school tomorrow.
