If you have not received your school pictures by mail at home, you can pick them up in the office before or after school or during Encore. Retakes will be on Tuesday, October 23 for anyone who has not had pictures taken yet. Anyone who wishes to have pictures re-taken must return the entire original package to the photographer that day.

Juniors and Seniors:. Registration for all Junior and Senior RETREATS needs to be completed by Friday. The links for registration can be found on the Retreat Program page under the Faith Formation section of Vianney's website. If you have any questions please visit Mr. Remiger in the Campus Ministry office.

The last day to register to vote in this year's election is TODAY. See Mr. Matreci to register.

Seniors: If you have gift cards for the trivia night from your parents, please bring them to Mr. Matreci in the Office.

College Reps -- The following schools will have reps on campus this week. You can sign up for visits online or in the Leadership Center at least a day in advance, please.

ALL LACROSSE PLAYERS and those interested in lacrosse: There will be a PARENT/PLAYER meeting TONIGHT at 7:00 pm in the Griffin Café. This meeting is for interested players Freshmen through Seniors. Questions? See Coach Stein.

Pro Life Club Mtg: All members of the Pro Life Club will meet today at Encore in chapel. Please plan on attending as we plan for our next two activities during the month of October, which is "Respect for Life" month.

You may have heard that you can still join the bowling team. This is true! See Bro. Andy in the Media Center for more information.

All: Griffin LIFE will meet this Wednesday from 5:30-7:30. Our topic will be "Heroes of our Faith".

Drummer Needed: Mr. Remiger is looking for a drummer for the mass band. Our next mass is October 18th, if you are a drummer and this is something you'd be interested in please stop by the Campus Ministry office sometime this week.

There will be a meeting for anyone interested in Mock Trial this year on Thursday in Room 106 during Encore. If you can't make it, see Mr. Shannon in 106.

Academic Club will start meeting during Encore and Wednesdays after school in room 205. Student who love trivia and math are encouraged to attend. We are looking to create a varsity team of juniors and seniors and a JV team of freshmen and sophmores. Please see Mr. Wyss for more information.

Bocce is a game where you throw a ball at another ball. Interested? Come to the informational meeting on Friday at Encore in room 209.

Spirit Mass: Any student interested in helping out in some way with our next student body mass which is next week as part of Spirit week, please see Mr. Remiger or Fr. Tim.

The Griffin Swimmers and Divers lost a close meet to MCC rival SLUH yesterday by a score of 101-85, dropping their record to 5-3 on the season. First place finishers for the Griffins included Nick Alexander in the 200 Free and the 100 Fly, Sam Reynolds in the 50 Free, Alex Feicht in Diving and the 400 Free Relay team of Alexander, Reynolds, Garrett Lipic and Brendan Keller. The team takes on Rockwood Summit onThursday at 4:15 at Summit.

CHESS INTRAMURAL COMPETITION CONTINUES THIS WEEK PRACTICES ARE SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY AFTER SCHOOL IN ROOM 209 AND ROUND SIX COMPETITION IS SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY AFTER SCHOOL. NEW PLAYERS ARE WELCOME. ROUND FIVE WINNERS WERE TIM ELLEBRACHT, NIKITA THOMPSON, JORDAN HOOVER, AARON REYNOLDS, ALEX MOELLERING, AL FAUST, NATHAN MITTENZWEY AND ALEX FOLEY.
