Lost & Found: The lost & found is now located in the main office and all items left in there on Friday afternoon will be donated to charity or thrown out. Check it out this week if you've lost something!

Freshmen, sophomores & juniors -- there are still a large number of school pictures in the office. If you had pictures taken at school and have not received them yet, please come to the office to pick them up.

Seniors: If you have gift cards for the trivia night from your parents, please bring them to Mr. Matreci in the Office.

College Reps -- The following schools will have reps on campus this week. You can sign up for visits online or in the Leadership Center at least a day in advance, please.

Drummer Needed: Mr. Remiger is looking for a drummer for the mass band. Our next mass is October 18th, if you are a drummer and this is something you'd be interested in please stop by the Campus Ministry office sometime this week.

There will be a meeting for anyone interested in Mock Trial this year today in Room 106 during Encore. If you can't make it, see Mr. Shannon in 106.

Bocce is a game where you throw a ball at another ball. Interested? Come to the informational meeting on Friday at Encore in room 209.

Spirit Mass: Any student interested in helping out in some way with our next student body mass which is next week as part of Spirit week, please see Mr. Remiger or Fr. Tim.

The Yearbook, Newspaper & Photo Club will meet this Friday during encore in room 208. see Mr. Burke for more info.
Cardboard Village will be taking place November 20-21st. Registration is available online at Vianney.com. This will be a great event come, raise your awareness to the problem of homelessness in our society. For more info visit the Faith Formation section of the website or see Mr. Remiger in the Campus Ministry Department.
Juniors and Seniors, registration for your 2012-2013 retreat needs to be completed by Friday.
Attention Sophomores and Juniors! Next Wednesday, October 17 is the PSAT practice college admissions test. Now is the time to start reviewing sample questions from the workbook that you received at your class meeting last month. If you need another workbook, stop by the LLC to get one or see your counselor. Workbooks will also be in the cafe during lunch time. More announcements will follow about what to bring (and what not to bring) to the testing site. Good luck!
Seniors: Vianney's most prestigious service award, the Archbishop May Service Award, is given to one graduating senior every year. The winner has his name etched on a permanent plaque in the main hallway and leads a prayer at graduation. If you have been a good servant-leader and have excelled in service at Vianney, please nominate yourself for this award. Applications can be obtained from Mr. Wheadon or Mr. Remiger and must be returned to them with an accompanying essay by Thursday, October 19.
Attention all SCRAMBLERS!! There will be a meeting on Friday, Oct. 12 in room 109 during encore. All members of the scramblers need to be present at the meeting.

The Griffin Swimmers and Divers are back in action today as they take on Rockwood Summit at 4:15 at Summit. The team will also compete in the Lindbergh Invitational this Saturday at Lindbergh High School. Diving begins at 8:30am and swimming starts at 1pm.

Close Up Program: This is the last call for any students who might want to jloin us on the Close Up Trip to Washington, D.C. in February. Our group will be joined by 17 girls from Cor Jesu in this highly interactive program with students from all parts of the country, one week after the presidential inauguration ceremonies. See Mr. Travis in Room 204 for details.

All volunteers who will be working at the Magic House on Saturday night are asked to meet in room 305 during Encore.

Juniors and seniors: Are you taking the ACT in December? A good way to get ready for it is to take the ACT prep course. The next one starts November 1. To sign up, please see Mr. Meyer in the counseling office. You can sign up for this course, or any course that will happen this year, at any time.
