Attention seniors--there are now a few spaces available for the bus trip to MIzzou and Westminster on Wednesday, October 16.  The cost is $10.  The bus leaves at 7:30 am and returns between 6 and 7 pm.  Please see Mr. Lantz or Mrs. Dombek in the Leadership Center by the end of the school day on Monday to pick up the parent permission form.


There will be a brief meeting for all members of National Honor Society on Monday, October 14, at the beginning of encore in room 105.  See Mr. Redman if you can't be there.


Attention seniors--Be sure to check out the scholarship section of Family Connection for some new scholarship opportunities including Eagle Scout of the Year and the Earl Collins Foundation of Kiwanis International.


There will be an Athletic Apostles meeting on Wednesday, October 16 at 8:00 a.m. in the Coaches Office. Seniors are not required to attend.


The Vianney Environmental Club will have its first meeting of the year in Room 305 today during encore.  The club's purpose is to promote environmental awareness at Vianney.   


There will be an important informational meeting today @3pm in the Activity Center for everyone interested in wrestling this year.


How does one spell OOPS? That's right... G-O-O-F  U-P. The Lettermen's Club annual dodge ball tournament can not  be held on October 19 because of the Mother Son Mass set up.  The tournament has now been re-scheduled for October 26.  This will give everybody plenty of time to assemble his team. Keep the excitement alive. 


Attention all Lacrosse players that intend to try out for varsity.  There is a fall ball practice at Vianney this Saturday, October 12th, from 10am til noon.


Those currently working on the Literary & Art Journal need to meet in room 302 on Thursday October 17th during Encore.


The Ping Pong Club will not meet today. We will play again on Monday.


Yesterday at the MCC cross country championships, Jimmy Broyles, Alex Horn, Gage Kramer and Alex Canupp all medaled in their respective races.and once again many runners hit season and career best marks.  Congratulations to all who competed.


The Griffins took home the Summit B-team soccer tournament championship by beating Lafayette yesterday afternoon by a score of 2-1. Mark Pellizzaro and Jack Dehner scored off crosses from Will Klages and Zack Ellis.
