All members of the National Honor Society are reminded to meet at the Fieldhouse immediately after school to help set up for the PSAT.  Members, who are part of a sports team, will help set up and then go to practice. 

 

There will be an Athletic Apostles meeting tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. in the Coaches Office. Seniors are not required to attend.

 

Those currently working on the Literary & Art Journal need to meet in room 302 on Thursday during Encore.

 

Room Changes TODAY:

The following room changes are being made tomorrow so some maintenance work can be done in 204.

Mr. Clithero’s A period will go to 108; B period to 306; C period to the Media Center

Mr. Prost’s D period will go to the Media Center

 

Juniors and Sophomores--Don't forget!  Tomorrow is the PSAT!  Unless otherwise instructed, please report to the field house (juniors) or the activity center (sophomores) with 2-#2 SHARPENED wooden pencils and your calculator with fresh batteries by 8:45 am.  Do not bring your cell phone, any books or book bags or any food or drink.  Be sure to get a good night's sleep and eat a nutritious breakfast.  See you there!

 

A priest, a rabbi, and a robot walk into an IHOP.."  If you want to hear the punchline, you must be at the Robotics meeting in room 207 today!.   The equipment for our 2nd robot should arrive by then, and we will also begin construction on the simulation field, so please make every effort to be there!  See Mr. Prost for questions or more information...

 

CHESS INTRAMURALS CONTINUE THIS WEEK.   ALL INTERESTED STUDENTS, EVEN THOSE PLAYING FALL SPORTS, SHOULD REGISTER WITH MR. PETERSEN IN ROOM 208 DURING ENCORE OR MR. BAUR AFTER SCHOOL IN ROOM 209.

Griffin B team soccer was able to outlast Oakville yesterday by a score of 2-1. Scoring for the Griffs came through Jon Antonacci and Austin Tapella assisted by Alex Kamien and Austin Tapella. Jonathan Giegling and Michael Tonini shared the win in goal. 

 

All lacrosse players trying out for Varsity: Fall Ball will take place at 10 am Saturday Oct 19th at Vianney on the north football field.
