We will celebrate Mass for all the fall student-athletes this Wednesday, October 18 at 8:00 a.m. in the Activity Center. All fall athletic apostles should plan on being here at 7:30 a.m.
If any teacher or student was unable to donate to Leukemia Awareness this morning, a varsity soccer captain will be outside the Griffin gear store during Encore today.
There will be an information meeting of all Juniors going on retreat next week this Thursday during Encore. Please plan on being present.
Attention juniors: All Vianney juniors will be taking the ACT in February, and there are 2 prep courses starting in January to help you prepare for it. The one that starts at 3:15 is now full, but there is still room in the one starting at 6pm. See Mr. Meyer in the counseling office to sign up.
Juniors and seniors: If you are planning to take the December ACT, there is still room in the prep course, and it will start this coming Monday. See Mr. Meyer in the counseling office for more information.
There will be an informational meeting for the Vianney Coding Club today during Encore in lab 205 . See Ms. Filardo for details if you aren’t able to attend.

Today after school the Pro Life Club students who signed up to assist with the crosses will work for one hour.
The Politics Club will meet during Encore on Friday in Room 500.

Over the weekend the swim team competed in the Lindbergh Invitational. The 200 free relay took 6th place overall while our medley relay took 9th overall. Paul Hoffman took 9th and 16th in his free events. Biffignani took 17th in the IM and 12th in the back. Logan Schafer took 11th in the 50 free and 15th in the fly. Awesome job to all of our swimmers!
Yesterday, Luke Miller set a career best mark on his way to earning a top 20 medal in the TRXC Invitational. Luke led the JV squad to 5th place finish. Four other junior and senior runners also set their career best marks in the meet. Congratulations to all who competed.

If you are a Junior with leadership skills, you are invited to consider applying to be a Kairos leader in your senior year. You can pick up an application from Fr. Tim or Mr. Remiger. If selected, you will be invited to attend one of the remaining Kairos retreats this year as an observer.
The freshman football team continued their winning streak with a 41-12 thumping of Pattonville yesterday. Big scores by Jack Bollinger, Armaun Jackson, Tyler Lanzarini and Ryan Carolan led the way along with a stellar defensive effort. The freshmen complete their season this Friday at home against CBC.
