Vianney Daily

Good morning GRIFFINS this is your VIANNEY DAILY!

"Despite losing to Kirkwood, the Griffin swimmers had several highlights in the meet.  The 400 Free Relay of Nick Alexander, Jake Gauvain, Sam Biffignani, and Ben Greene took first posting the team's second-best time of the season.  Senior Nick Alexander maintained his winning ways, taking first place in both the 50 Free and 100 Back.  The big story for the Griffs was Junior Jake Gauvain taking first place in the 500 Free and qualifying for the State Swimming Championships for his first time in an individual event with a personal-best time of 5:05.67.  Jake joins Nick Alexander and the 200 Free Relay as the team's current state qualifiers.  The Swimmers take on MICDS and Cape-Notre Dame tomorrow at 5pm at MICDS."

Freshman basketball sign up will occur on Friday during Encore in room 305.  Any freshman who intends to tryout for the 2015-16 freshman basketball team should attend.  See Coach C.Walsh if you have questions.
