Attention Juniors: there is a mandatory meeting for any junior interested in completing SSP at the Cardinal Glennon children's hospital, St. Clare in Fenton, st. The freshman football team capped off their season with a wild 48-41 victory over Fort Zumwalt South yesterday. TD's were scored by Max Hinton, Ryan Waller, Tyler Moore and Jake Luthy. A special shout out to a solid O-Line who won the war in the trenches; Max Franey, Tommy Moore, Luke Winkelmann Vlad Naeger and Joe Jackson. Congrats on a solid season to build on.


Tomorrow the Griffin cross country team competes in the District qualifying race at Blackburn Park in Webster Groves.  They are very close to qualifying as a team but they need your support.  The varsity race begins at 10:00 am

Washington, DC:  Are you thinking about going on the next March for Life? Learn how you can participate in the Generation for Life Pilgrimage to Washington, DC. Come to a meeting either on Tuesday during Encore or next Thursday during Encore. You have a choice. Don't miss out on an exciting opportunity to learn how you can apply. Reservations are limited


No, seriously, you can do that here at Vianney. As we gear up for basketball season, the Vianney Broadcast System is seeking three (3) student-hosts to manage a 20-minute pregame show and a 15 minute halftime show. We will work with the students on content and features.

This is a great opportunity for any student who wants to pursue a career in broadcasting. You will interview coaches, players and provide other news about Vianney during our LIVE basketball broadcasts this season. You may also have the opportunity to report from the student section and from the sideline during some games.

If you are interested, see any one of the following people: Mr. Brown in the Main Office, Coach Walsh in his classroom or the gym, AD Terry Cochran or Rob Staggenborg in the Advancement Department.


Representative from South East Missouri State and  the University of Kentucky will be here on Monday to meet with prospective students. If you are interested in visiting with either of them please sign up through Naviance.


Freshman basketball sign up will occur on Friday during Encore in room 305.  Any freshman who intends to tryout should see Coach C.Walsh.


The Letterman's Club will meet today during Encore.  Nominations for leadership positions will be accepted.
