Seniors you have a mandatory class meeting today during Encore. Mr. Glennon from Jostens will be here to talk about Graduation Announcements. Again, ALL seniors must attend this meeting.
A reminder to juniors and seniors who signed up, Drake University will be here at 8:40am and Missouri S&T will be here at 2:10pm.
Last night the swim team competed in the MCC prelims. The following swimmers qualified for finals on Wednesday: John Baur, Lucas Sturma, AJ Klutho, John Echele, Andrew Chapman, Dylan Win, Matt Hayes, and Michael Langan. Paul Hoffman, Sam Biffignani and Logan Schafer all qualified in two individual events. Alternates are John Fitzgerald and Karl Bitzer. Awesome job to all of our swimmers!
Chess intramurals conclude this week. Practices are scheduled today and Wednesday after school in room 500, and round six competition is scheduled for Thursday after school in room 500 with check in at 2:50. New players are welcome. Chess team tryouts begin Monday, October 30. Registration is required. See Mr. Baur after school in room 500 for registration forms.

Tonight the varsity soccer team begins their district tournament at Parkway South. Kickoff is at 5:00 pm vs Parkway South

Next week is Halloween and with that STUCO is offering some opportunities for fun and competition! If you would like to compete in the pumpkin carving contest see Mr. Lewis to sign up by Thursday.
