Thursday, Nov.29 will begin our annual AUCTION classroom basket drive and it will run for 2 weeks. All students will stay in A period class during all of encore and enjoy donuts as the parents speak with them very briefly. Each student is asked to contribute $20. The first 2 classes to reach 100% participation with an average of $20 per student will receive a pizza party or Psghettis sandwiches in the cafe, before the end of this semester. There are also prizes to win like a big screen TV and reserved parking spots just to name a couple. Donate $10 and be entered into our raffle once, donate the full $20 and be entered three times.

Blood Apostles: Any senior who would like to apply to be a Blood Apostle for our Advent blood drive in December is asked to submit your name and a request in writing to Fr. Tim by Tuesday. We are looking for 12 apostles who have shed their blood previously.

Senior Going on Kairos: There will be a meeting for all seniors going on the upcoming Kairos Dec. 3-5. The meeting will be this Friday during Encore in the chapel. It is very important that everyone attend.

Students looking for service hours please contact Ms. Walsh. She is in need of volunteers to help with the Annual Tom Cella Trivia Night on Saturday.

Rockhurst University will be hosting a St. Louis information night on Thursday from 7-8 pm at the Sheraton Westport hotel at 900 West Port Plaza Drive. This event is open to all students and their parents interested in Rockhurst University.

Mr. Cochran is selling student athletic passes during lunch this week. The passes are $20.00.

As tree trimming season begins to unfold, please remind your parents that your old strands of lights can be recycled. We will have a bin for the lights in the Commons soon. You may also drop them in room 305.

Attention Robotics Club members: the LabView software has arrived and has been installed! We will be meeting today in room 207 after school to start learning the software and to discuss upcoming events. Please be there!

Attention future Engineers! The MO Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE) is offering 3 $1000 scholarships for seniors with a 3.0 GPA, and ACT scores of at least 29 in math and 25 in English. Check out more details on Family Connection or see a counselor in the Leadership Center. Deadline for this scholarship is January 4, 2013.

Thanksgiving Meal Delivery: Any students who delivered meals on Thanksgiving morning for Holy Trinity should please see Mr. Stevison in the Library today.
