Shadow Visits
Students are welcome to take a visit to campus and experience life as a Griffin! 8th graders are welcome all year long, and our 7th grade shadow visit program begins in February.
Your Shadow Visit runs from 8:00 am to 1:30 p.m.
How to register:
- Click the Schedule Your Visit button below
- Use the interactive calendar to find a date with open appointments. When you find the best date for you, click on it and complete the registration form that pops up. You will receive a confirmation email from us for all successfully scheduled appointments.

Overview of your Visit
On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, we invite up to 10 students each day to visit our campus for a shadow day. Beginning at 8:00 am in the Admissions Center, prospective students will experience:
- x2 Vianney Classes with your Griffin Guide
- Engage in hands-on activities directly with Vianney faculty members
- Lunch in the legendary Griffins' Cafe & Ted Drewes Frozen Custard provided by Vianney
The shadow visit concludes at 1:30pm with prospective students picked up in the Visitor Parking Lot in front of the Main Entrance.
Parents, you are invited to stay for a Cup of Joe Before You Go!
When dropping off your son in the morning for his visit, parents are welcome to stay in the Admissions Center to speak with our team, get questions answered and hear more about our programs. We have coffee and other refreshments to kick off your morning! If interested, please indicate you would like to stay with us after drop-off on your registration form.
