Sponsorship & Volunteer Opportunities

The Annual Vianney Golf Tournament is held on the first Saturday in August at Tapawingo National Golf Club. 

Volunteers are needed throughout the day for:

• Morning Registration
• Monitoring Games/Competition (Longest Drive, Closest-to-the-Pin, Skins, etc.)
• Sponsorships
• Food/Drink
• Vianney Mom's Tent

Open House is a very special day on the campus of St. John Vianney High School. On a Sunday in November, over 150+ prospective families will be paired 1:1 with a Student Ambassador, experience our range of academic offerings and explore our beautiful, 37-acre campus.

Alumni volunteers are needed to greet prospective families and to drive golf carts to transport families to the North-End of the campus.

The Annual Vianney Trivia Night is hosted on the Vianney Campus in Mid-January. 

Volunteers are needed that night for bartending, selling raffle tickets, and scoring rounds.

The Annual Night of the Griffin Auction is hosted in the Vianney Field House on the Saturday of President's Day weekend. 

Volunteers are needed for set-up during the days leading up to the Auction. Volunteers are also needed on the Auction Night for bartending, prizes, and teardown the following day.
