Music Honor Society

Tri-M Music Honor Society

Tri-M is a Music Honor Society that focuses on creating future leaders in music education and music advocacy. it is available to all middle school and high school students in the country. It recognizes students that have gone above and beyond both academically and musically. 

Club Moderator: Mr. Alex Borje (aborje@vianney.com) 

Eligibility: Students must be in 10-12th grade, maintain a 3.0 GPA and complete 2 of the following criteria:
- Participate in an additional ensemble (jazz band, pit band, ALL pep games)
- Audition for District Concert Band or District Jazz Band
- Band Community Service (more info to come on date and location)
- Help clean/tidy the band room at the end of the day (2x a week)
- Mentor/give lessons to a younger band student
- Have zero late or missing assignments

Season: Throughout the year

Meetings: Listen to the daily bulletin for meeting dates

Possible Activity Points: 5 points
