Vianney tuition for the 2016-2017 school year is $13,800 ($13,900 for incoming/new students). In addition, the following charges may apply:
FACTS Tuition Management
This is a new program we are using to better serve you. Here are just a few of the benefits:
Current Students - On March 25th, you will receive a re-enrollment notice via email for the 2015-2016 school year. Re-enrollment through FACTS is automatic; you need not do anything. If you need assistance updating your demographics, changing your payment plan or editing your banking information you can call FACTS at 1-866-441-4637 or Janet at 314-965-4853 ext. 153
Incoming/New Students - On March 25th, you will receive an email with instructions on how to enroll for the 15-16 school year. Once received, you can go online to set up your FACTS user name, password, review the amount due, select the payment plan, payment method, and payment date. All payments will be processed by FACTS and families can pay their tuition bill in one of 3 ways:
If during the school year you should experience an unexpected and legitimate financial issue, please contact the business office at least three business days before the payment is due. With sufficient notice the payment amount or date can be adjusted during the school year.
FACTS does accept VISA.
Advance Tuition by Automatic Withdrawal
Advance tuition of $500 ($600 for incoming/new students) will be automatically withdrawn on May 1, 2016. $500 is deducted from the total tuition.
Families who wish to apply for tuition assistance should complete the FACTS Grant and Aid online application available at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/42XKQ. The deadline for applying is March 1, 2016. Any amount awarded will appear on your online account. If you do not see an adjustment to your total, you are ineligible to receive assistance.
It is the opinion of St. John Vianney High School that, regardless of the marital status of an applicant’s parents, both of the child’s natural parents share the responsibility for educating their son. Thus, both must comply with the filing requirements as stated above. In cases where the custodial parent has remarried, the financial situation of the stepparent will also be taken into account.
In addition to the financial aid process, Vianney offers opportunities for Need-based Scholarships, Work Study and Multiple Son Assistance available. All of these options require a separate application, which you can find by clicking on that option. Incoming freshmen students who meet certain criteria may also eligible for Merit-based scholarships.
Low-interest rate Sallie Mae K-12 Family Education Loans are also available for Vianney families.
If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Janet Cochran in the Vianney business office by email or by phone at 314.965.4853, ext. 153.
